REGISTRATION PROCESS

To register for the congress, please complete the online registration form. Registration will not be considered final until payment has been completed. Once the payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

FEES (VAT  not included)

The registration fee includes: ice breaking cocktel, access to all technical sessions, congress materials, coffee breaks, lunches.

VISIT TO CABÁRCENO

The excursion begins on Wednesday, June 3, with pickup at the Magdalena Palace along with the conference attendees, followed by transfer to the Cabárceno Nature Park. Upon arrival, lunch is served at El Oso restaurant, located in a privileged natural setting. After lunch, the visit to the park takes place, touring its vast open spaces that host numerous animal species living in semi-freedom, within a unique landscape shaped by former mining operations. At the end of the visit, return to Santander with arrival at the Gran Casino Sardinero.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@ic2.es. Cancellations made before May 15 will receive a full refund minus a €50 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this date.
